Samples

If a design has caught your eye then please take advantage of our sample service. To enquire about samples please contact us we will then contact you to arrange payment, sample prices are charged as in the price list and are redeemable against your order.

Ordering & Payment

There is no minimum order amount. When you place an order confirmation of total cost and delivery dates will be advised. A £50 non-returnable deposit is then required and no order will be processed until this is received.

Proofs of items will be sent out within 10 days of receiving your order and your stationery will take approximately 4 weeks to produce after your final approval of these proofs.

An interim payment will be required upon completion of Day and Evening Invites.

The balance of payment is required upon completion of order. All cheques made payable to E.L.Bryant.

Delivery

Postage and Packaging will be an additional charge. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and the value of the items is considered and insurance cover added as necessary. The cost of postage is then added to the invoice,

Cancellation

All stationery is made to order to your individual requirements. Refunds or exchange are only given if the merchandise is faulty. In the unlikely event of cancellation orders must be paid for in full.
